Ready while you wait — usually under 10 minutes per document, longer for a large corporate set.

Straightforward POAs, same day. Property-related ones need a proper read-through first — budget 30 minutes.
Business & Corporate Documents
Same day for board resolutions and standard contracts. Add a day if it needs authentication for use overseas.

Questions people actually ask me
"Can I sign it beforehand and just have you certify it?"
No — that's the one I have to say no to. The whole point of a notarization is that I witness the signing. Bring it unsigned.
"It's going to be used overseas — is there anything extra I need?"
Sometimes, yes — depends on the country. Tell me where it's going when you book and I'll flag it upfront, not after you've paid.
"How much will it actually cost?"
I'll quote you a fixed number before you come in, once I know what the document is. No surprise line items at the end.
